Five things worth stating before the procurement team asks.

No setup fee
Deploying the instance, the catalogue of the standard already loaded and the go-live support are part of the subscription. None of the three plans carries an upfront payment.

A closed price, in dollars
Amounts are monthly, per instance and in US dollars. There is no per-user rate and no meter per query: the plan is the price.

AI comes with its quota included
Every plan brings its artificial intelligence operations for the month. If the system uses them up, packs of 500 operations are added: USD 25 on Startup and USD 20 on Enterprise.

A dedicated instance, always
GeniTrace is not sold multi-tenant. Each customer runs on their own virtual machine, with their own database, their own domain and their own backups.

ContactIs implementation charged separately?
No. Deployment, initial configuration and go-live support are included in the monthly subscription, on all three plans. The only thing quoted per project is integration with the company's systems, which lives in Custom.
What happens if we run out of AI operations for the month?
Packs of 500 operations are added: USD 25 on Startup and USD 20 on Enterprise. An operation is a pre-audit, a coherence review, drafting or reviewing a document, a summary for management or a question to the assistant. A pre-audit of the whole system is by far the heaviest one.
Do people who only read documents consume a licence?
No. They are read-only users: they read the documented information that applies to them and sign the reading control. Startup includes 150 of them on top of its 50 named users, and Enterprise does not cap them. They are 80% of the headcount and should not cost you a licence per head.
What happens if we add ISO 14001 or ISO 45001?
That is precisely what separates one plan from the next. Startup covers one standard, Enterprise up to three with their editions in force and Custom has no ceiling. The rest of the system — processes, documents, audits, improvement — does not change: every element declares which requirement of which standard it answers to.
