No. Each requirement's state is computed by five rules that read the real evidence: approved documents, processes with a complete record, measured indicators, assessed risks, calibrated equipment, open nonconformities, audit findings and the age of all of it. What you load is the evidence; the verdict follows.

No. Each feature leaves a proposal, marked with a dashed border and the label “Proposal · AI”. The record is created only when a person accepts it, and that acceptance stays in the activity log with their name.

Yes. With no model configured the application works the same: the AI buttons do not appear and the screens explain why. The model is managed from the interface —a local Ollama or a hosted provider— and the change applies from the next query on, with nothing to restart.

By groups and roles. Users belong to groups, groups grant roles and access rules decide which route each role may open. The side menu shows each entry according to those same roles, and the home dashboard filters its eleven widgets by who is looking: quality and management see the whole system, a process owner sees their processes.

Spanish by default, with English available from the top bar. The texts are managed from the application itself, so they can be adjusted to the organisation's vocabulary without recompiling anything.

The system. Scheduled tasks walk the documents with an overdue or upcoming review, the actions and calibrations coming due, and the week's audit programme, and send a single notice per day to whoever it concerns. The number of days of notice is configured from administration.

Yes. The master document list and seven parameterised reports —nonconformities, overdue actions, findings, risk matrix, indicators, suppliers and calibrations— export to CSV, XLSX and PDF. Audit reports and review minutes come out as PDFs with the controlled-document header.
