The full cycle of a document.
The document type defines who drafts, who reviews and who approves. A procedure is born as a draft, goes to review, gets approved and comes into force. When a new version arrives, the previous one becomes obsolete but stays available, which is what clause 7.5.3 asks for.

Distribution and reading control.
Each document declares which roles and which processes it applies to. Whoever has to read it gets the email and the task; the record shows who read it and who did not. With a new version the reading records reset, because having read version 1 is not having read version 2.

The master list is not maintained: it is queried.
The master document list and seven other parameterised reports are built from what is in the system. Version, validity, next review and the requirements each document satisfies, with filters and export to CSV, XLSX and PDF.
