GeniTrace

Know where the gap is before the auditor finds it.

The heat map of the standard shows the state of every requirement, computed from the evidence the system holds. And artificial intelligence helps you prepare, but never decides.

One row per clause, one cell per subclause.

The heat map walks the standard from clause 4 to clause 10. Each cell takes its colour from the computed state, and the side panel explains, rule by rule, what evidence there is, which nonconformities are open and what has expired. The gap list orders what is missing by severity.

  • Four states: covered, partial, gap and no evidence
  • A detail panel with the contributing rules and the linked evidence
  • A filter by process, to see the system from a single owner's side
The heat map of the standard

Five rules, and none of them an opinion.

The state is computed by rules that read the real records: the evidence on file, open nonconformities, audit findings, gaps from an accepted pre-audit, and the age of all of the above. The worst state wins, and the matrix is rebuilt every night because most of what changes it is a date going by.

  • With no relevant evidence the requirement has none; with only drafts or obsolete items, it is partial
  • One open major nonconformity opens a gap; two minor ones do too
  • Recomputed daily at 03:00, on events and with the button in the view
The five rules of the calculation

AI proposes. It never executes.

Pre-audit, consistency review, root cause assistance, document drafting and review, and a summary for management. Each feature leaves a proposal with a dashed border and the label “Proposal · AI”. Records of the system are created only when a person accepts it, and that acceptance stays in the activity log with their name.

  • Six features, all of them ending in a reviewable proposal
  • Nothing generated uses the colours of a confirmed record
  • The model is managed from the interface: a local Ollama or a hosted provider
AI-generated proposals

An assistant that cites what it claims.

The bubble in the top bar answers questions about the system citing document and clause codes, with read-only tools. Every query runs with the identity of the person asking, so the assistant sees exactly what that person would see on screen, not one record more.

  • Documents in force for a process, a document by code, a requirement, a process's state, open nonconformities and overdue actions
  • Answers carrying the reference of the record behind them
  • With no model configured the application works the same, without the AI buttons

ISO 9001:2015, clause by clause.

GeniTrace ships the full catalogue of the standard, from clause 4 to clause 10. Every element of the system links to the requirement it satisfies, and each requirement's state is computed from the evidence on record.

The four states GeniTrace computes
  • Covered
  • Partial
  • Gap
  • No evidence

Structure of the ISO 9001:2015 standard. GeniTrace computes the state of every clause from the evidence on record; the colours in the key are the ones used in the application.

The state is not entered: it is computed.

  1. 1Evidence: approved documents, processes with a complete record, measured indicators, assessed risks, calibrated equipment, supplier evaluations and competences with no gap.
  2. 2Nonconformities open against the requirement, with their severity and their overdue actions.
  3. 3Open findings from audits that have been reported or closed.
  4. 4Gaps flagged by an AI pre-audit, but only once somebody accepted the proposal.
  5. 5Age: overdue reviews, risks left unassessed and indicators left unmeasured.

The worst state wins. A clause takes the state of its subclauses, and the system rebuilds the matrix every night, because most of what changes it is a date going by.
